Wholesale Terms & Conditions Version 1.0 – The Grizzly Co Effective Date: January 23, 2026
1. Wholesale Pricing & Discount Structure
Our wholesale discount tiers are:
• 30% off retail price for orders of 50 to 99 units
• 35% off retail price for orders of 100+
Shipping within the continental United States, UK and Canada is included in wholesale pricing. Additional shipping charges may apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. Please contact us for a quote prior to placing your order if shipping outside the continental US.
Wholesale discount codes:
• WHOLESALE50 (for 50 to 99 units)
• WHOLESALE100 (for 100+ units)
Important: Wholesale discounts cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, sale prices, or storewide discounts. Wholesale pricing is subject to change without notice. Any pricing changes will only apply to new orders placed after the effective date of the change.
Custom Logos can be applied with a minimum order of 200 Units. There is a $5 fee per shirt when your custom logo is used.
2. Ordering Process
You may place wholesale orders either by:
• Using the appropriate wholesale discount code at checkout on our website, or
• Requesting a direct invoice by emailing support@thegrizzlyco.com
All wholesale orders must meet the minimum quantity requirements for the discount tier selected.
Orders are subject to product availability. We will notify you promptly if any selected sizes or designs are temporarily unavailable.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of order placement for all wholesale orders, whether placed through our website using discount codes or via direct invoice.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received in full.
4. Production & Fulfilment
All items are made to order and enter production after your wholesale order is confirmed and paid.
Standard production time is typically 2 to 7 business days. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.
During peak seasons (including but not limited to Black Friday through Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day), production timelines may be extended. We will notify you of any anticipated delays that may impact your order.
5. Quality Control & Inspection
Important: You must inspect all items immediately upon delivery. While our production partners maintain high quality standards, occasional printing or manufacturing errors can occur.
If you receive damaged, misprinted, or defective items, you must:
• Notify us within 30 days of your order date
• Email support@thegrizzlyco.com with clear photos showing the issue
• Include a full image of the front of the shirt showing the print area and size tag visible in the photos
• Provide your order number
We cannot accept claims for damaged or misprinted items reported more than 30 days after your order date.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we can only accept returns or provide refunds/replacements for:
• Items that arrive damaged in shipping
• Items with verified printing defects or production errors
• Items that are significantly different from what was ordered
We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selections (please review size charts carefully before ordering)
• Minor color variations due to screen displays or printing processes
• Claims submitted more than 30 days after the order date
Approved returns or replacements: If your claim is approved, we will either send replacement items at no additional charge or issue a refund to your original payment method. Resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.
7. Product Sizing & Specifications
Detailed size charts are available on each product page. Please review them carefully before placing your wholesale order, as we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.
Our products are printed on premium-quality base garments selected for comfort, durability, and retail appeal. Garment brands may vary based on availability, though we maintain consistent sizing standards and quality expectations across all products.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, artwork, and content on The Grizzly Co. products are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Wholesale customers are authorized to resell our products only in their original, unaltered form. You may not:
• Reproduce or copy our designs
• Remove or alter any tags, labels, or branding
• Represent our products as your own brand
• Use our images or designs in marketing without written permission
9. Resale Pricing
While we do not mandate strict retail pricing, we ask that you maintain pricing that reflects the quality and value of The Grizzly Co products and does not undercut our standard retail pricing in a way that damages brand positioning.
10. Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after order placement, cancellations can only be accepted within 2 hours of order submission. After this window, orders cannot be canceled as items will already be in production.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Grizzly Co’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or resale of our products.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued placement of wholesale orders constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
